As a school, college or university, you will have students considering travel, whether for a gap year, as part of their studies or during the school holidays.

We feel that, as an organisation or institution that encourages and supports students who travel, you have a responsibility to provide reliable, up-to-date and relevant information on what is available and the best and safest ways to plan their trip.

We want to make this as easy as possible, so we have come up with a range of materials to empower both institutions and students to make safer and more informed decisions.

1 FREE INFO PACKS A6 postcards and A4, A3 & A2 posters - sent to you direct.

2 TALKS GIVEN BY STUDENT AMBASSADORS IN YOUR SCHOOL Our student ambassadors can deliver short 10-15min presentations, longer 45min-1 hour talks or 2-3 hour interactive sessions. All for a £40 admin fee with all materials provided

3 GAP SAFETY COURSES We can put you in touch with reputable partner companies who are able to deliver half and full day courses going into all the details of planning and preparing to travel.

4 WORK EXPERIENCE OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS We can provide students with the opportunity to get involved with GapAid and gain valuable work experience by either writing travel blogs and stories before, during and after their travels or by helping us work with and keep up todate with social networking capabilities via our website.
